The Touch&Play Project is a not-for-profit venture and we try to make our events as economically inclusive as possible while still honoring the time and energy put in by both the teachers and organizers. We provide a sliding registration scale with three payment categories and encourage you to pay as much as you can afford.  Registration includes participation in all of the festival activities, accommodation at the Earthdance retreat center & very yummy home cooked organic meals. Participants are asked to arrive and check-in at registration for the event at Earthdance on July 10th between 5-6:30pm. We will start the event that same evening with an opening circle which we ask everyone to attend.

* Nine Mountain Retreats, Earthdance’s neighbor, is also offering accommodations for festival participants on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information on the types of accommodation offered at Nine Mountain please check-out their website, www.ninemountain.com. To stay at Nine Mountain, book your room with them directly HERE, and register on the form below as a “commuter”. Nine Mountain festival lodging rates are $230 ($46/night) for a shared room and $350 ($70/night) for a private room (double bed).

Payment Instructions:

This year we require a $200 deposit for registration (Check or Paypal) and the remaining balance to be paid at the start of the event (cash preferred but checks and Paypal also accepted) Once you’ve filled out the registration form above please submit your $200 deposit  (plus add  in one of the following ways:

PayPal:
Please Paypal (https://www.paypal.com/) the full amount to info@vitaiconsulting.com
Please make PayPal payments in US $.  If paying by PayPal from within the USA please use the “Send money to Friend” Option so we avoid the paypal fees – otherwise add 2.9% fee to your total. If you are paying from outside USA please add 3.9% Paypal fee to your total.
IMPORTANT: IN THE PAYPAL NOTES PLEASE SPECIFY THIS IS PAYMENT FOR TOUCH & PLAY 2018

WORK STUDY OPTIONS:
Although registration is full, there are still a couple of work study positions available for anyone hoping to get a space at the festival.  Please apply!
